| 15 - 20 LB CLASS ROD, ABU 7000 SIZE REEL, 20 - 25 LB BRAID / MONO, THREE HOOK PATERNOSTER STYLE SCRATCH RIGS WITH PLENTY OF BEADS AND GLITTER OR BRIGHTLY COLOURED FEATHERS HOOK SIZE 1 - 3/0 BAITED WITH HOOK SIZED MACKEREL STRIP OR A GOOD CHUNK OF SQUID FISHED HARD ON THE SEABED, IT IS COMMON FOR THREE FISH PER DROP BY USING THIS METHOD. MANY GURNARD ARE ALSO CAUGHT WHILST JIGGING FOR MACKEREL |
