| 15 - 20 LB CLASS ROD, ABU 7000 SIZE REEL, 20 - 25 LB BRAID / MONO, THREE HOOK PATERNOSTER STYLE SCRATCH RIGS WITH PLENTY OF BEADS AND GLITTER OR BRIGHTLY COLOURED FEATHERS HOOK SIZE 1 - 3/0 BAITED WITH HOOK SIZED MACKEREL STRIP FISHED HARD ON THE SEABED, IT IS COMMON FOR THREE FISH PER DROP BY USING THIS METHOD. MANY GURNARD ARE ALSO CAUGHT WHILST JIGGING FOR MACKEREL |
